Sound-Proof Granulator

The Silent Crusher Series adopts high-density sound-insulating materials and is fully soundproofed around the machine, keeping the sound source of the whole unit in a fully enclosed soundproof state. Meanwhile, the soundproof enclosure design allows easier access to the crushing chamber for blade replacement and screen removal.

• Built-in sound enclosure ensures low noise during operation. Unique cutter design allows easy blade replacement.

• Simple tool installation: Blade adjustment uses an adjustment bracket, and the entire blade change process is completed outside the crusher. Fixed and rotating blades are made of high-tensile steel and can be reground multiple times.

• Unique cutting method: Rotor blades adopt the latest "V"-shaped cutting technology, reducing wear on blades and crushing chamber.

• Movable compact design: Built-in sound enclosure makes the machine very compact and movable. The whole unit can be lifted or moved by forklift or other standard lifting equipment.

• Efficient feeding: Thanks to the unique rotor design, the crushing chamber will not be blocked even with continuous feeding.
