Mold dehumidifiers are mainly used in plastic molding to solve the condensation problem caused by chilled water used to shorten the molding cycle, especially suitable for PET preform injection.

Condensation occurs when the mold surface temperature is lower than the dew point of the surrounding air, generating moisture that affects product quality and production efficiency, corrodes the mold surface, and causes environmental pollution.This machine adopts a honeycomb rotor system for dehumidification, ensuring the area around the mold is always maintained at a low dew point environment of +5℃ ~ -10℃. This prevents mold condensation regardless of seasonal changes and significantly reduces reject rates.It is equipped with a P.I.D temperature control system for precise control of regeneration temperature.
