Double-shaft shredder is independently driven by two main shafts via dual motors or hydraulic motors, which rotate synchronously in reverse directions at a low speed of 10-70 rpm. The moving blades mounted on the main shafts interlock with each other to generate shearing force, and shear action is also produced between the moving blades and blade holders. Meanwhile, the torsion of the main shafts and the speed difference between the two shafts create a strong tearing force, thus realizing multi-stage crushing of materials.
