Double Color Doser

The CM Series Masterbatch Doser is suitable for automatic proportional metering and feeding of virgin material, regrind, masterbatch or additives in plastic molding production. This series adopts high-precision DC brushless motors.

According to the preset mixing ratio and parameters, the full-digital microcomputer control system automatically converts the set conditions into rotating speed. It drives the 304 stainless steel precision metering screw through a coupling, and feeds the required materials into the barrel of injection molding machines or extrusion (calendering) machines, such as masterbatch, regrind, additives and agents.

 The machine has two modes, suitable for plastic injection molding and extrusion molding respectively.The metering screws are available in various diameters: 12, 16, 20, 24, etc. DC brushless motors are equipped with high-efficiency parallel gear reducers with different reduction ratios.A variety of models can be derived, providing different output rates from 0.1 to 100 kg/h for customers to choose from.

In addition, two-color, three-color and four-color masterbatch dosers are available, which can be configured according to user requirements to meet applications in different occasions and fields.
